Hi, we’re Dave and Kristy.
Coastal Patios has been family-owned from the start, and after working in the business for years, we took the reins in 2021.
Between us, we handle everything from the first conversation through to making sure each job is finished properly. Dave looks after design, advice and on-site work, while Kristy keeps everything running smoothly, from scheduling and communication to making sure no detail is missed.
We’ve worked across all types of homes on the Sunshine Coast, from older brick houses and new builds to acreage blocks and tight suburban backyards. What hasn’t changed is how we go about things:

Most of our work comes from word of mouth or from people who’ve seen our patios and carports around the Coast. We take that as a real compliment, and it’s why we take the time to talk things through, offer honest advice, and see every job through to completion.
